PEOPLE: First Jim Lee published comic artwork?

I just came across a 1986 comic book containing work by Jim Lee.
A B&W title called Samurai Santa by Solson credits Jim Lee, a rising
new artist, for the artwork in issue #1. The only date in the indicia
is "Christmas" 1986.

I checked Overstreet Update on this issue to see what they would say
but they don't even list the title.

Does anyone know if this is actually Jim Lee's first published work?
Were there any more issues of this title? Does any guide out there
list this comic or a value for this issue? Does anyone else have
a copy of this comic? Coming from Solson I imagine the print run was
pretty low!
