B/W repro proof of cover of Amazing Spider-Man #306 by Todd McFarlane.
It's a tribute to Action Comics #1 (first appearance of Superman) as noted by
the "ala Siegel & Shuster" note after McFarlane's sig.
Same size image area as the printed comic, with an inch or two on each side
showing crop marks and other printer's indications.
While NOT the actual original art, proofs like these are almost as rare, as
only three are produced, then other copies are struck from these. (And they
aren't available to the general public.)
Snap it up now, before the new Spider-Man movie with Tobey Maguire and Alfred
Molina opens and the prices of Spider-Man collectibles go thru the roof!
