rec.arts.comics.misc is clearly chartered as a discussion group. An
appropriate group in the rec.arts.comics hierarchy,
rec.arts.comics.marketplace, exists for the posting of ads.
In response to a previous off-topic ad post, storm...@hotmail.com was
politly asked to not post ads in rec.arts.comics.misc; however, he has chosen
to ignore these requests. This is storm...@hotmail.com's second series of
spams to this newsgroup.
The charters for rac* groups are spelled out in a set of FAQs posted weekly to
all groups in the rac* hierarchy. These FAQs are archived on the web at:
