[WWW] Marvel URLs updated

Lots of changes, some of which are surprising. A number of really good pages
have disappeared, some seemingly for no good reasons, others presumably because
the school year has ended and student accounts have been removed for the
summer. I hope to see them back in the fall, or perhaps at another location
shortly!

Updates, as usual, are preceded by an asterisk (*), and sites that aren't
working are listed at the very bottom with as good as an explanation as I can
determine right now. Please note that I heard a rumor about angelfire.net's
hard disk crashing and many homepages being lost. I don't know if many of the
URLs listed in the bottom section might not reappear shortly, so you might keep
an eye out.
