Okay, by now, you must know they're the Masters of Evil. So, the big
question is, what's next?
My guess, and this is totally uninformed, btw, is we'll see a slow split
in the team. Atlas seems to enjoy being a hero now, as do I think
Screaming Mimi and MACH-1. Admittedly, I don't know that much about the
characters and their histories, but....
Remember Squadron Supreme? In that story, several supervillains were
"b-modded" - they were forced to become heroes. Thought the process was
later reversed, some of them either remained heroes or were confused
(like the big goopy guy - what was his name?). My guess is we'll see at
least some of the Tbolts - assuming it IS a trick or (my theory #1 - Prof.
X is controlling them to make up for OS) some of them - especially the
sorta low-grade rejected villains like Beetle and goliath - who are always
getting knocked around - may form a sorta "Suicide Squad" team of reformed
villains. In any cxase, I don't see how Zemo could have reformed.
All speculation, of course - midway through, though, when I saw the New
Warriors sans Firestar (who was my guess for Meteorite) I was thinking I
was right.
Enjoyed the book though.

I hope not, I don't want any mutant involvment in this. This should be
purleyy a hero book, and should not be tainted by X-GARBAGE!
(IM sick of fans trying to put an X everywhere in the MU, ENOUGH
ALREADY!)

Here's a very twisted speculation. What if Citizen V ISN'T Baron Zemo?
What if he really is the descendant of the original Citizen V and is
pretending to be Baron Zemo in a plot to reform the Masters of Evil? He
pretends to be Baron Zemo to organize the team and make them "act" like
heroes as part of what appears to be some sort of plot. But what he
really wants to do is give them all a taste of what it's like to be a hero
and give them all a shot at redemption. Meteorite/Moonstone might even be
a co-conspirator in this scheme, what with her psychological training and
all. The real secret of the Thunderbolts is that "Baron Zemo" really is a
hero.
Of course, this is probably a very wild guess, but stranger things have
happened.

Actually, I think that's a very worthy speculation. Of course, part of
my agreement might just be that I'm so tickled at finally seeing a
patriotic hero who really does look cool. :) Not that I have anything
against the way Capt. America looks, for instance, but Citizen V has
that Batman-ish "I'm a hero but I dress like a villain" type of look.
Even if it is Zemo, I'd really like to see that costume maintained
in the book, possibly by a new Citizen V.

I was thinking something along vaguely similar lines, reasoning that it's
an awful lot of effort to dredge up such a cool Golden age character just
to brush him off as a fake. My theory, though, was that Zemo was just
impersonating the real "grandson of Citizen V" and will at some point be
confronted by the real deal, causing a split in the 'bolts between those who
really want to reform and those who don't. That is if anyone really stays
loyal to Zemo.
Just trying to rationalise my disbelief in Zemo reforming but a desire to
see Citizen V lead the 'bolts. I do like the idea of Batroc as a replacement,
as suggested elsewhere, though.

And then during the chase, inevitably, the Black Cat crawls under a
freshly-painted white fence and acquires a white stripe down the back of
her costume. Which causes Batroc to bound after her, cooing "Ah! Zee leetle
wan, she wahnts to be ze fox, and I to be ze strong, manly huntahr who
catches hahr in heez beeg, strahng ahrms! I am COOOming, leetle fox...whahr

And also mention that I think it's time to form the Silly Accent Brigade,
