A quick search on Google.com will bring up many pages. Type in the character
you want plus "art" or such will limit it.

Captain America. He used to pencil his own comic. Which I guess isn't
painting, but close enough. He did paint some WPA murals according to
Adventures of Captain America.

Joseph "Jericho" Wilson of the New Teen Titans was a prolific artist, mostly
painting, but also music.

Ditto for Jack "Starman" Knight

(Okay, they're not Marvel, but you take what you can get!)
