A short interview with Alan Moore and his original Twilight proposal
are posted on the Mania comics sight, previously known as Smash at
http://smash.mgz.com/comics/features/twilight.html.
This seems either incredibly stupid or incredibly ballsy, as Moore
acknowledges DC might have some serious problems with this.

Of course, he also says he's all for anything that would give DC serious
problems.
I just finished the full interview. He talks about the upcoming Extreme
Universe retcon (which will redefine the term "retcon," from the sound of
it), Supreme, why he'll never work for Marvel or DC again, and why the
1963 "Annual" will probably never happen. Interesting stuff.

*Somebody* had a problem, it's true...
>And Christ, Sean, you're saying Moore has absolutely no chance of ever

I'm sure he's had chances, and will continue to have chances, but he's
made it very clear that he'll never work for DC or Marvel again.
