I think you mean SuperBOY.

Screwing up the DCU takes a lot of work and he's been workin' his @$$ off!

Dead and a Black Lantern at the moment.

Dove 1 is still dead, isn't he?

> (20.)Will we ever see the return of the Impact Comics line?

I'd like that. Minus the Crucible.

Aren't those the Red Circle character? Which have now been added to

This could actually be a good idea...a mini series could be
interesting.

There's been at least one ancient China Earth GL story... or was that
Elseworlds?

I think it was Elseworlds but I could be wrong.

I had a feeling it was, but I could never work out why... I don't have
a huge GL knowledge but was there anything that stopped it being GL
history?

Or did they just make it Elseworld to avoid making it "history".

Well, at least in some versions of the GL mythos, Hal was the first
human to become a GL (Alan Scott doesn't count) because the Guardians
thought humans were too primitive and violent to be in the GLC...if
that stands, then there couldn't be an earlier human GL.

Yet now they appear to be the only planet represented by not just one
but four natives of a single planet. I guess that sometimes what it
takes to win is pure cussedness.

Well, human GLs both destroyed and reformed the GLC so I guess that

Her power is similar to Gl, she can do something but without ring!

I'm going to regret posting this but maybe it'll clear things up a
little.

In the original show, the character gained her powers the hard way -
first through the use of a magical artifact (a 'lucky stone', if you
will) and, later, through the use of her enemy's spellbook. During a
later episode (Ben 10,000), it was revealed that she would eventually
master her skills in martial arts and magic through practice and her
power(s) would be virtually unlimited (although she'd still be something
of a sarcastic wallflower). 9_9

It wasn't until the excremental spin-off series, Alien Force, that Green
Lantern-esque limitations were introduced and the whole 'alien origin'
nonsense was 'revealed' to viewers. -_-!

(And you wonder why some people **STILL** think animation is for
children?) >_<

If you enjoy Alien Force, well, more power to you but I consider it an
unfunny parody of the original (in the same way that 'The Batman' is to
Timm/Dini's version of the Dark Knight) - they took a stereotypically
patriarchal wish-fulfillment show that had slowly balanced itself out
(through Gwen's 'education') and, basically, destroyed it along any
'faith' one had in animation.

On the rare occasions that I have accidentally changed to a network
broadcasting this brainless pap, I *have* seen similarities between
Gwen's spells and (the John Stewart) Green Lantern's ring-based abilities
in Justice League (Unlimited). However, that doesn't mean that she'd
have a place among any of the current corps. (No power ring = No entry)

She'd be the only 'Raven' in a room full of 'Hal Jordans', so to speak.

Anyway, all of that 'information' is smoke in need of a fan. If you
found it useful, congratulations. 9_9

Happy Holidays.

Signed,
Warewolf
who can only shudder at what the studios will come up with next.
