I notice a month or so back that Addy Wilson's maiden name was Kane.
I'm wondering if DC isn't setting up a possible relationship with the
current Batwoman. Maybe an indication that the Kane clan is generally
superior in a genetic sense; higher intelligence, greater body
strength, flexibility, reflexes, etc. and therefore more apt to win
over most street level thugs.

Justa thot.

Naturally my copy of New Teen Titans #44 (which gives the bulk of
Adeline's original backstory) has gone missing, but I have the feeling
that her maiden name has been given as Kane for a while now, if not
all the way back to those days when she was first introduced.

Could be...Bruce's mom was a Kane too wasn't she? It could also just
be a coincidence...Kane is a fairly common name in comics anyway but
add in the importance of Bob Kane to DC and the name gets thrown
around quite a bit.

Didn't Wonder Woman used to have a fat sidekick named Candy Kane?

Nope, it was Etta Candy. She's still around, only instead of a perfectly
spherical college student, she's a not-quite-as-ludicrously-thin-as-most-
women-in-comics Air Force officer.

Etta Candy and she's married to the current Steve Trevor.
