The Twilight page with Moores notes to DC is interesting. However,
I can see why this story was not chosen.

It sounds pretty silly.

'House of Steel'? come on now.

Actually this treatment looks like a 'Miracleman' story not a
Captain Marvel story and I think he actually used some of the plot
devices in 'Miracleman'.
