Hello,

A freind of mine is organising a film festival in which she would like to
present a programme "cinema and halluciation." Is there anyone out there who
knows some films (fiction or experimental) which feature progressive or
psychedelic music? Oh by the way we have already "More" of Pink Floyd in the
programme (on the other hand, she has decided not to present La Vallée,
Zabrisky Point, the Wall).

Any suggestion?

(carefully choosing my words here)
although I thought it was a substandard film, "Buffalo '66" features some
King Crimson and Yes in it.

The Candyman you say? I really liked the music from that movie, made
it about twice as scary. What's the sound track like, worth getting?

It was minor, but there was some Tull and Yes in "Almost Famous" (great movie!).

Koyaanisqatsi would be a perfect choice, being a film with experimental
edges, with Glass music playing in the background throughout the film.

I do recall catching a peice of a really poorly made martial arts movie
several years ago that had ELP's KarnEvil9 playing during a chase scene.
I'm sure it was lifted without permission or royalties. Never caught the
title.
