Not knowing the meaning of "eviol" I tried Google. Several sites
mentioned a vitamin E deficiency. (???) Then I found this:

http://teunc.wikispaces.com/eviol

A violin with sharp teeth? I wonder if that could be an oblique
reference to this passage in _The Two Towers_:

But if they halted and stood still listening, they heard no more,
nothing but the wind sighing over the edges of the stones - yet even
that reminded them of breath softly hissing through sharp teeth.

I am not current on what TEUNC is all about ("Tolkien Eccentric
Unclassified Nut Cases"?)

It would take a while to come up with something profound about Iran's
connection with Middle Earth. However I'm sure it would be worth
exploring, considering that ancient Persia had some admirable qualities.
Today, it's a troubled Islamic Republic -- which reminds me of another
Legendarium popular around the same time that college students were
wearing buttons marked, "FRODO LIVES!":

"When religion and politics travel in the same cart, the Riders
believe nothing can stand in their way. Their movement becomes
headlong -- faster and faster and faster. They put aside all thought
of obstacles and forget that a precipice does not show itself
to the man in a blind rush until it's too late."
