5. Does it speak?
7. All right, smarty - is it good?
Unfortunately, the question does not admit a simple yes/no answer. I
think the late-in-JRRT's-life answer is "no".
Does this animal have Orcish blood (i.e. is it (an Orc or some kind of
half-orc))?

Is this Orc in the service or Sauron? (as opposed to the service of
Saruman or independent groups such as the Orcs of Moria)?

11. Is it a named orc? When an orc calls another "Snaga" it is not a name
but seems to be half a rank appellation, like "private", half the word for
the smaller breeds used by the big fighting orcs. "Snaga" means just
"slave" in Orkish parlance.

11. Is this orc stationed in Mordor (including the border to
Ithilien)?
No.

yes.
So now it's pure chance, 50:50, whether the next person guesses right,
or whether the one after gets it!
I feel that you really ought to be declared the winner now, since you
asked the question that renders the rest of it purely a formality, but
I guess that's not in the rules;-)
I have to agree. You became the winner because of adherance ot the rules.
So I have to ask... is it the little snuffler ??
-W
Yes!
Crap! I knew I should have kept my big mouth shut.... :)
OK... give me a couple hours to ponder the pages.

Actually, after some thought, ......... pass
I've been overwhelmingly busy this week, and though I have something in mind
that's hopefully better than a twice jumped hedge - I'm not sure I have time
to be a good Steward.
And though I'm the "rightful" winner, you set me up for an easy 50/50 guess.
Therefore I now pronounce you Nautilus III :)
Carry On......... :)
