TERMS

Prices are quoted in both Canadian and U.S. dollars. Payment may be by
cheque drawn on a Canadian or U.S. Bank, International Bank Draft,
Visa, or MasterCard. Cheques or bank drafts are to be made payable
to the Charles Mus Gallery either in Canadian or U.S. funds. Canadian
purchasers add 7% G. S. T. Credit card purchases will be charged in
Canadian dollars and converted by the issuing bank to your currency at
the bank rate on the date of purchase.

Postage, handling and insurance is $4.00 for the first item and $1.50
for each additional item to Canadian ($Cdn.) or U.S. ($U.S.)
destinations. Two and three volume sets count as two or three items
respectively. Overseas shipments are charged at cost. Shipment will be
via insured, surface post unless otherwise instructed (additional
charges apply for special shipping).

Out-of-print items are warranted to be in good to excellent condition
unless otherwise indicated. A detailed description of each item is
available upon request. All cloth books have dustjackets unless
specified otherwise.

All items are subject to prior sale. To ensure early reserves on your
orders please order by phone or fax. Please quote the catalogue
number when ordering. All items may be returned within seven days of
receipt provided advance telephone notification of the return is made
and authorization granted.

Regular business hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:30 A.M to 5:30
P.M. Eastern Daylight Time. There is 24 hour automated telephone
answering and voice mail; e-mail messages are
answered within 24 hours. Please call us with your special requests
or send us your want lists.

Most of the books listed in our January 1996 catalogue are still
