Looking for kids book about fish

Hi there,
I am looking for a title of a book that I found last year & now I want
to purchase it but for the life of me I can't remember it's name.

It's by a Canadian Author & it is about Fish (in Nova Scotia I believe)
- It has a silly title & would be for a child around 5-8 years of age.

I know that's not much help.

I stumbled upon the book last Christmas on Chapters or Amazon.
Unfortunately it's not listed in my history.
It sounded really cute.

I know - I am really very helpful.

I'd appreciate any help you have to offer.
