best SF dragon artist

Hi! I'm new to this echo, just thought I'd reply. Sorry the message
is a little late. I guess it takes a while for the msgs to get to
Oklahoma City. Anyway, thought I'd butt in w/ my 2 cents worth on dragons
since I have one on my ankle. It's a Welsh dragon, like on the Welsh flag.
It's a lot different from the Oriental dragons, I think it's kinda cute!
Some people call it a griffin, but us Welsh know it's a dragon. You'd
probably have to find it in an encyclopedia under Wales or under a listing
of flags of the world.
