They're not as bad as the photographer. Is there a manual called
"How to make people look really really awkward in pictures"?

Looks like Dr. Slick has another satisfied customer :)

It's better than your retarded Jim Morrison, if that's actually
who you meant to draw:
http://www.edgetattoo.net/pawtucket/ericsimages/erics_bw_jm.jpg
It's also better than this piece of shit:
http://www.edgetattoo.net/pawtucket/ericsimages/erics_moon.jpg
This customer probably wishes the ink would fall out of this one!
Heheehhe!
:)

Eric's work is still worlds better than yours:

The 'maori' piece is especially abominable.
Go here: http://www.oceanictatau.com to see how it's done right.
That would explain why you would chose the hard-to-see "tats"
that you did for yourself! No accounting for taste, i guess...
This one is a better pic of the carp:
http://www.drslick.org/tattoos/Carp2_s.jpg
This was done totally free-hand, sketched initially on the
skin with a toothpick ala Pinky style:
http://www.drslick.org/tattoos/Fabians_Dragon_s.jpg
This one was some dude who was paying for tattoos of his
likeness to be placed on his willing friends who couldn't
afford a tattoo apparently! Talk about megalomania:
http://www.drslick.org/tattoos/Tony_Adams_s.jpg
You can bet that having done this painting:
http://www.drslick.org/gallery/paradiseone.jpg
Helped in the making of this tattoo:
http://www.drslick.org/tattoos/Water_Fairy_s.jpg
People like Eric should learn to draw and paint on paper and canvas
FIRST, especially things like fingernails and such...

This was a piece that the customer himself designed, and although
the more narrow-minded people of the world don't like this sort of
original art, it certainly meant something to this particular person,
him being of pure Native-American blood.
And he wanted it exactly the way he drew it. But it's kinda fun
to show off something different from the photo-real!

Some of it is great, some of it isn't.
We're all still waiting for your calendar of butchery....

Oh yeah. I can see now that the carp is actually dead.

And the same toothpick was used for the tattoo as well, apparently.

Next you're going to claim the guy really had a one-dimensional

Helped giving the fairy her tubular breasts or the irregular wing
tips? You can't even get circles right.

Maori are related to native Americans how exactly?
This apart from the fact that the style is nowhere near Maori
tattooing.

Sure. He wanted all the shaky lines and irregular shapes. And you,
as the "artists", agreed to make it look like shit on purpose.
Cheap excuses, as always.

I'm sorry, but this is just fucking ridiculous. I think that the reason why
Nina - and quite probably the rest of the people reading this group -
thought that this tattoo was shite had nothing to do with the ethnic origin
of the design. It's more to do with the fact that the lines make it look
like it was tattooed in the back of a 4x4.
J.
no you mean the banana tits, I'm sure the fairy he used as a
model had tits just like that so they are photo realistic.
Hah. That would be the first time he's succeeded at translating
something to skin correctly. The wings are also not attached right.
That tattoo is just wrong.
That's the best comeback you've got? 'Yawn'....

Umm...Does this mean that the back piece of the Muppets
