I have a small diamond stud in my left nostril. It hurt while it was being
done and was sore for a while. It was a little worse than my ear cartilage
pierce.

You talking nostril or septum here. I've had a septum pierce, so
I can share that experience if you're interested. No idea with
regard to nostril piercings, but they can't be too bad given their
popularity!

That's a good question. I usually think nostil when someone says nose
pierce. I also have a septum and love it to death.
