Okay... penis beading.... a subject I really haven't seen brought up
before in the group. You know, small beads inserted under the skin on
the penis.

Who has them? What do you think? What's the procedure, healing time,
and pros/cons?

Any info would be appreciated.

I hear you, Michael -- they caught my eye as well, ever since I first
read REsearch back in the mid-80s.

I don't have any -- like you I'm contemplating a set of three or so
across the top. My piercer, Keith Alexander of Brooklyn, NY-based
Modern American Bodyarts gave me this information. This is
second-hand, so I encourage others who know better to correct me if I
go astray, or remembered poorly.

There are two possible procedures. The first involves a slit, and the
bead is pushed in and past the slit. The slit heals up, while the
bead is lodged under a layer of skin. Healing time is rapid, less
than most pierces. A second procedure involves a special needle. The
result and healing times are more or less the same.

I like the look of those I've seen. My concern would be how they line
up. I have an apadravya, and my suspicion is that top o' the shaft
beading would have a similar effect.

As my lovely wife Andria likes to say, "Apadravya -- you know, rhymes
with Grafenberg."

I think the only reason I don't have them now is I'm so happy with
what I have, I'm loathe to have any 'downtime,' however brief.

Best of luck in your quest.

I know there is a piercer/brander here in Vancouver, BC who does this.
I've only talked to my piercer who is friends with 'Bear' about this
procedure, as he's looking for women to have this done. With women, he
punctures the skin on the inside of the vaginal lips, inserts the bead
and sutures the hole. I would assume it would only be one stitch.

The idea fascinates me! I had my hood and nipple piercings because of
the way they would make me feel, versus the tongue piercing, which was
done to enhance my Dom's sexual pleasure. The idea of being surgically
enhanced into becoming someone else's sexual toy is very intriguing. Who
knows, I may well end up with beads, but for now, I'm not ready for it.

I wonder, does anyone else out there have piercings or other procedures
done explicitly for someone else's use?

OK. I wanna know more about this. There doesn't -seem- to be anything
on BME about it. Can you or anyone else out there (Shannon?) tell me
more?

Well, I can tell you that female genital beading is *VERY* rare. I only know
of one, and it didn't take... But there's no reason why it shouldn't work with
very careful placement.

On the beading topic, I was talking to the guy who does my piercing, and
he mentioned someone who tours around the country. He owns, runs, works
for(I am not sure which of those three) for RTC Bodyworks. If anyone
knows of who this is, and if there is a web page, I would appreciate the
information. I was told that he is one of the definitive experts on the
subject. Thank you.

-Drew :)

P.S. I just had a Prince Albert done last night!!!!!!!!!!

I think you're thinking of Steve Haworth, the owner of HTC. He doesn't really
tour around the country, but he does travel and go to conventions. You can
find an interview with him as well as contact information in BME's "people"
section.

I think maybe you mean Steve Haworth of HTC. I don't know if they have a
web page, but there's a very informative interview with him on BME.

she loves all my piercings 19 piercings including the beads in my
genital area, I have had alot neat comments from women who wanted to see
them, its no worse than getting pierced the regular way instead of
jewlery you insert beads.

Lots of people have them. They are beads inserted under the penis skin that create new areas of stimulation and pleasure for your sexual partner(s). You can get them done at a place that does genital piercings. I do suggest using a penis health creme called Man1 Man Oil after the procedure in order to keep the area clean and bacteria free. Infections are quite common and can cause all sorts of problems, but this creme will steer you clear of this stuff. Hope this helps and good luck.
