The Outer Senshi go away at the end of SMS.

Diana comes from the same *FUTURE* as Chibi Usa, thus neither of the cats
knew who she was at first. You should have seen Luna's face when she
first hears about "Artemis' daughter"...

The evil queen Nephrenia wants the Golden Crystal guarded by Helios,
so she destroys his world and holds him prisoner. Helios' dream self
(said Pegasus) escapes into the human world, where he resides in the
dreams of a human.
Thus Nephrenia sends her agents to look into humans' dreams,
to try and find the dream where the Pegasus is hidden.

Well, Luna has her alleycat relationship with Hercules .... Say, whatever
happened to him. Did he return in a later episode? Or did Artemis send
him to a violin factory?

We get to see him briefly when the Dark Kingdom/Negaverse decides to
round up all the old Rainbow Crystal carriers again (including a cute
"My cat is missing!" poster in the background of one of the shots).
After that he seems to have sunk back into the obscurity that claimed the
rest of the Crystal carriers (including the clairvoyant boy who seemed
on the verge of becoming Ami's boyfriend...)
