Of course if it is only Trish, maybe 'chfn' to change the information for

It works. :) Now you too can join the general mayhem and be recognized
as a part of it. Have fun! :)
BTW, to have a sig file, you have to edit a file called .signature ..
of course you'll need to know either the vi or emacs (or jove) editors
if you have those...

Build a text file called .signature in your homedir. Most email- and
newsreaders/posters/senders will detect it if it's there and
automagically spluk it on to the end of your net.contribution.

Read somewhere earlier that there may be a new OVA and a new
TV series to continue the story. Does anyone have more info
on these? Are these going to be closely tied to "Macross II"?
Hopefully not!
In any case, would appreciate any info on these 2 possible
sequels. Thanks.
Frankie Kwok
kwo...@leland.stanford.edu
Okay. The new MACROSS III OAV series has been confirmed. That's
a four-volume series set one generation after MACROSS II.
And now onto the UNCONFIRMED stuff...
Rumor is, the reason Mikimoto couldn't make it to Expo was a brand-
new 26-episode TV series.
Truth or fiction...? You be the judge.

That is what really sucks, they toaaly screwed up Macross 2 and now they
want to do Macross 3? IMHO they should have made Macross 2 with the
original characters from 1 and continued from the story in the movie.
all these Macross's are sounding like Bandais scheming to make $$$ or yen
like they did with Gundam..Too many spinoffs...
Gee I hope Patlabor wont become this way....:-P
Lets all hope Macross 3 wont be as rushed in story and animation as in M2

Unfortunately, sequeal makes the dough. It is speculated that the only reason
that they're bothering with Macross 3 is because it was (sort of) a success
in the 'over seas market'. According to AnimeV Aug., Macross 3 (dubbed as
Macros Plus) is rumored to be made available in English first, then dubbed
over to Japanese (page 42, AnimeV Aug)

Well! Production of Anime is a businese, isn't it? Anyway, If the Macross
III is really good as Macross I, I wouldn't it is mokey making movement or
not. Have good something to watch is the most important! I rather join the
hell if I don't got any good anime even I have money.
