The orderly glanced nervously in both directions before he approached
the door. He checked the sheet of paper hung
outside and smiled. "This is the place," he whispered before quietly opening
the door and creeping inside.
Inside, Priss had passed out on the hospital bed and was resting
fitfully. "Peaceful as a baby," the orderly snickered. He snuck up to the
refridgerator and pulled out a bottle from it. Quickly he unscrewed the lid and
poured the contents down the sink. Then he pulled another bottle from inside
his uniform and poured it into the first bottle.
"One shot of this stuff, and in twenty-four hours she'll go completely
berzerk. The Knight Sabers are doomed!" he was muttering as he went about his
dirty work. He took some time off to chuckle villainously and then crept
quietly out of the room.
"What's so funny?" Mike asked curiously from behind the snickering
orderly. He squeaked and leaped into the air with surprise. When he turned
around, he had a nervous look on his face.
"Eh? Funny? Um, well... you see," he faltered.
Mike looked at the orderly a bit more closely and said,"Say, there's
something funny about you. Where's you name tag? Who are you?"
"Ah, er... I'm..."
Just then, there was a horrific scream, and from another room a nurse
came running wildly, yelling bloody murder at the top of her lungs.
Mike's eyes rolled up into his head as he said,
"Somebody must have forgot to warn the nurse not to give Ranma a sponge bath
again." He ran off to chase her down, but as he was halfway after her, he
turned to glance back at the mysterious orderly.
The man was nowhere to be found.

Can I print this in an anime fanzine? Can I, huh, can I? (what's the
tune for the opening credits?)

:) Well, I don't know if you'd be allowed to, given all the licenced
characters that will/have already appeared in the series, but as long as you 1)
do it in a completely legal manner
2) give credit where credit is due and
3) Don't mind the fact that when I get around to the reruns (yes, we will have
reruns! :) the stories will be edited and brushed up, so in other words, you'd
be printing at best beta versions of the stories.

If these three conditions don't bother you in the least, then feel free
to put it in any magazine you feel like. I could use the exposure!
Thanks

Thanks! We can use the stories! So few people do fanfic these days -
ya grab it when ya find it! (We have a disclaimer in the zine that it's
not meant to infringe on copyrights and that all rights to existing
characters belong to the owning studios & original creators, and that
all original stories/art belong to the creating author/artist, etc. We
cover that base as most of our stuff HAS existing characters in it in
some way or another and Nova is a not-for-profit publication that
intends no infringements). Email me your address and I'll send you a
copy of the zine when it comes out with your stuff in it. (try
renais!kelli.h...@uunet.uu.net or kelli.h...@renais.uucp one
of those addresses usually gets through to me)

Heh, well I guess by now you may have recieved my message over on "ANIME".
Didn't realize you were the same person. I suppose you now have my address, and
you may want to know that I'm working on setting it in text format on a local
board for easy FREQing. The revised copies will also be put on this board, as
the are completed, and the filenames for them will be announced as well.
Glad to provide the ravenous fans with something to enjoy. I look foward to
the issue.

Still making up my sig....
