Your best bet is to try AnimEigo. They have the US distribution rights to
the KOR OVA seris. But I do not think they are releasing it in anything
other then subbed.

This might change if the KOR TV series is a major hit. I just got my first
6 tapes last night. These are also subbed.

I believe that AD Vision has the rights to the KOR Shin Movie. I'm not sure if
it is dubbed or not. The tape I purchased is subbed. You might want to check
out the AD Vision web page and see what it says.
