OK movie. Go ahead and watch it. I'll watch it again.

>10/7: Casshan: Robot Hunter

Too weird for my tastes, Macross kicks its little ass! A couple people
who did see it thought that it was pretty good. It's their word vs.
SDN Jubei Kakizake's word.

>10/14: Vampire Hunter D

I liked VH-D. Since the Sci-Fi channel played this movie several times,
the next time they show it, it will be heinously cut(more so). I saw
it play another time on the SFC's Moonlight Matinee. It was sliced
worse than those ninjas who got in Jubei's way in Ninja Scroll.

>10/21: Lensman

Some like it, some don't. I don't. 'nuff said.

>10/28: Demon City Shinjuku

This movie is OK. The artwork was pretty good. The dubs suck, IMO.
Then again, don't they always? I might as well recommend this.

If you want to watch something good, read my .sig!

PEACE!

Can someone reprint the schedule. I missed it. I hope it isn't the same
ones they always show!

This has been on sci-fi before. It is pretty good.
The plot is the colonies on Venus are taken over by powerful millitary
leaders and then freed by some teen-age motorcycle racers turned
soldiers.

: 10/7: Casshan: Robot Hunter

Haven't seen it...

: 10/14: Vampire Hunter D

This seems to be very popular. It has been on sci-fi several times and
uncut on the cartoon network (at like 1am).

The plot is this guy and his little friend go around and kill vampires.

: 10/21: Lensman

If you liked star wars you should like this. This is based on the book
from which George Lucas got most of his ideas for the Star Wars series from.
(the book came out in like 1938).
The plot is simmilar to the first Star Wars movie (episode V).

: 10/28: Demon City Shinjuku

It is a nice dark ESPer/unnatural forces anime.
The plot is a bunch of demons come over from the other side and
wreak havoc.

Unfortunately, it is! The same old Streamline dubs they have been showing
for the past couple of years on their yearly anime marathons. Starting on
the first Saturday of October around 9 or 10am.
