[Admin] REC.ARTS.ANIME.STORIES IS GOING AWAY!

In case you've managed to miss it, the RAA reorg is over. RAAS has been
renamed to rec.arts.anime.creative. RAAC was created Monday 3/18 and already
has some traffic/ - this last batch was crossposted. RAAS is scheduled
for deletion on Monday 3/25. Please stop using this group and move to
RAAC. If you don't have it, ask your admin to add it. When RAAS goes
away, you will no longer be able to post to it.
