Another year has come and with it another chance for you to display and
look at fan art from all around the US. The OTAKON 1999 Art Show (OA99)
gives fan artists a place to display their work alongside professional
artists like Shoji Kawamori and Ippongi Bang. Last year OA98 was very
successful with over 100 artists entering to show their work and this
year we hope to be even bigger. If you are interested in entering,
check out the rules on the webpage (www.otakon.com/artshow). On-line
documentation and forms will be available soon. Please direct any
