Good Lord, what in the world kind of drugs were they on when they
made this?!?!?!
That is just, I mean hell, *I* could make something better than
that and I haven't sculpted anything since making play-doh
"animals" in second grade!

I agree with your "warning"... <g>
But then, I can think of a number of characters from date-sim adaptations
who "deserve" the same treatment...
On-the-other-hand, I bet those things become collector's items, simply
because of the notoriety...

That was great. I have never seen such a bad figurine.

Apparently the magazine quickly recalled all copies from circulation once
the news broke, so ironically, this figure is now something of a collector's
item.
In fact, I wouldn't mind having one either, it's definitely something else...
There's also already quite a bit of fanart out making fun of the figure,
which has been named "Sader": http://danbooru.donmai.us/post/list/tags/sader

this, w/ the original box cover art, make me think it is not an
intentional design, but simply bad worksmanship.

Speaking of moe, Nacho Libre hits Japan:

With a nun (Ana de la Reguera) that is the very definition of moe,
the Japanese should lap it up. ^_^
