From "Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan", which means something like
"'Beats-to-Death' Angel Dokuro-chan":

Go here for a sample of the theme music and a discussion of the
show hosted by seiyuu Chiba Saeko (Natsuki Kuga, Asmaria Hendrick
(and who'd have guessed those two were played by the same person?)):

Sadly, the music sounds kinda insipid.

At about the time of 3/8/2005 8:38 PM, Galen Musbach stated the following:

I can see it would be no problem for her with a club like that. A good
whack or two on the head and you are outta here.

And now Momotato has a review up:
(SPOILERS included)

http://home.nc.rr.com/momotato/dokuro0102.html

SPACE

This is based on a light novel series of the same name by Masaki
Okayu. It's directed by Tsutomu Mizushima, who also directed one of my
favorite anime, Jungle wa Itsumo Hare Nochi Goo. It's got the snappy
humor, the motormouth protagonist, and most importantly the hilarious
ugly faces. So yeah, I like it a lot. Enough to even type a little
story info!

More Space

The story is about Dokuro, a loli faced angel with a nice body that
was sent from the future to kill our protagonist, Sakura Kusakabe
(yes, boys can be named Sakura too). In the future, Sakura discovers
the technology to allow everlasting youth. He discovered it by
accident while researching on how to create a world full of lolis. So
now in the near future, everyone can live forever, and all the women
look like 12 year olds. Dokuro belongs to a group that seem to be
under God's orders called Shiniki Kaigen Kaigi, or Rurutič
(loo-loo-tee-č) for short. God apparently doesn't like the idea of
everlasting youth, which is why Dokuro was sent for the assassination.
Fortunately for Sakura, Dokuro took a liking to him and decided that
the future could be changed withOUT killing him. So since she's now
considered a traitor to Rurutič, Dokuro lives with Sakura.

This is where the anime begins. Dokuro has been with Sakura for a
while now, but Sakura still has no idea why she originally came. To
him, she's just some angel from the future that showed up one day and
started living with him. In these first two episodes however, Rurutič
sends another angel, Sabato, to finish what Dokuro couldn't. And from
her, Sakura finds out about everything I typed in the previous
paragraph.

That's basically it for the story so far. The blood and gore enters
the picture whenever Sakura does anything to embarrass or piss Dokuro
off. She'll take out her spiked club Escaliborg and beat him to death,
like the name of the show says (bokusatsu means beat-to-death). Sakura
doesn't stay dead for long though, as she brings him right back to
life with her magic (using the chant "pipiru piru piru pipiru pi~").

Aside from the aforementioned comedy elements from Hare Nochi Goo, the
show also has excellent animation by Hal Film Maker and a strong vocal
cast. You have Saeko Chiba using her sugary voice as Dokuro, Reiko
Takagi as Sakura, Rie Kugimiya as Sabato, and Ayako Kawasumi as
Sakura's childhood friend Shizuki. Chiba horribly sings the OP too,
but since she tries so hard and the animation is cute I can't help but
enjoy it anyway.

Honestly, if future episodes (scheduled for 8 total) keep up the same
quality as these first two, this has the potential to become another
favorite of mine. I look forward to May 15th (eps 3 & 4) with much
anticipation.
