If i remember correctly:

In FY OAV II part 2, Tasuki saves miaka (she was underwater and
lost consciousness, so when tasuki saves her, he has to give her mouth to
mouth to save her life. Sorry if this doesnt sound too romantic, but
that's what it was if i remember. i havent watched it for a while, but
this passionate kiss is just cpr.m
