Genshiken -- all about the otaku life in Japan. Its funny and I think
most (if not all) of us will enjoy that title.

Negima! -- lots of lolicon fanservice as well as non-lolicon service.
However, starting with volume 3, the manga story outshines the
fanservice, making it a suprisingly enjoyable title.

School Rumble -- you don't know how funny unrequited love is until
you've read this manga.

Tsubasa, RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE -- CLAMP makes alternate universe versions
of Sakura-chan and Syaoran-kun from "Cardcaptor Sakura," makes them a
bit older, and sends them on a trip to other universes where they meet
other alternate versions of previous CLAMP creations (sometimes). Not
bad, but nothing really special at this point.

xxxHOLiC -- the other CLAMP title in Del Rey's stable, it is linked
with "Tsubasa," but only through Yuuko-san, the so-called "Time-Space
Witch." Yuuko-san is reason enough to read the manga, but while there
is plenty of comedic moments in the title, it is also a darker title
and not so shounen in nature (unlike "Tsubasa").

I just picked up the first volume of "Pastel" so I don't know anything
about it. I'm not interested in the "Gundam" titles so much. What
about their remaining titles? Any thoughts on those?

Sugar Sugar Rune - An interesting take on shoujo "witch girl" romantic
comedy/drama in present-day japan, with actual interesting underlying
plot. Best friends spunky, outgoing Chocolat (main char) and demure,
quiet Vanilla compete as candidates for Queen of the magical world.
To do this, they must capture human "hearts". These humans "hearts"
can regenerate after capture, and are used as money in the magical
world. Who has the easier time? Who is Pierre? What are Ogres? What are
"black" hearts?

The last manga of Moyoco Anno's that I read I didn't like too much
(Flowers & Bees), but this one has me hooked.
