Sakura Wars on Public TV station KTEH in the San Francisco Bay Area.
SW was mysterious and I later found it was based on a Japanese video
game. It is a steam punk powered suits versus demons story and
the powered suits were piloted by young women one with a mystic sword.
but all were ballet dancers and were trained together for the dance and
combat.

My very first anime/movie was Lily C.A.T., XD such a classic movie.
