In fj.rec.animation, Mr. Haga (芳賀) have provided us with the list.

If you can read Japanese I would recommend http://Moonphase.cc

If your looking for whats currently being fansubbed Check here
http://www.fansubwiki.com/ on their first page they have the shows that
are airing in japan and who is subtitling them.
