I think the title of most produced fanfic goes Sailor Moon.

This site is updated weekly and there are around 3 dozen new fics
or chapters posted every update. Most by authors who only release
their fics there or on their web-sites or on a.f.s-m
These fics do not appear on the FFML or raac (I follow both) and
a large majority of the fics there are Ranma though with a good
sprinkling of other series as well but with nowhere near the weekly
output of fics found at the above mnetioned site. Also, at least
half (maybe much more)the volume (in terms of total number of posts
as compared to the actual number of posts that are fics) on the FFML
are various discussion threads about specific fics.
