ICE AGE 3 Comments welcome (SPOILERS!)

I liked it more than IA 2. There were some nice gags (I expected a
Chipmunks reference once they started talking high-pitched),and the
visuals were gorgeous at times. Its obvious now that the running gag
with Scrat (the whole film-within-a-film if you will) is as every bit
inspired by that Chuck Jones cartoon (I forget its name) with that
squirrel trying to break open a coconut as it is by Jones' Road Runner/
Coyote cartoons. Buck and Scratette were nice additions to the series.

What are your opinions on ICE AGE 3?

Yes, the public DOES seem to like the visual-gag shorts with no dialogue
and a reliance on original Jones-esque character-oriented physical gags...
Admit it--They want Pixar shorts, and they just won't admit it. :)

"Much Ado About Nutting", perhaps? I have that on "Pepe Le Pews Skunk
Tales", a VHS tape in the Golden Jubilee 24 Karat Collection.
