I just got some Java moss(& Jungle val) yesterday. Will the Java moss do
anything to the water chemistry? I should have checked this out before
getting it. Also, how fast does it grow in low-light environment? Thanks,
Ryan

Hi Ryan

You Asked:

I a low light aquarium you don't really have to worry about either java moss
or jungle val changing the water chemistry. If you give jungle val plenty of
light it is capable of driving up the pH during the day as it strips the water
of CO2 and then bicarbonates.
