I am new to this area and am hoping to find some information about a
watercolur that was given to me. The name of the artist is M.M. Hay and was
supposed to have done his work in the mid 1800's. The picture is a dock
scene. The artist could be British.
Could someone lead me to a source where I could locate information about this
artist. I have not seen many painting questions in this area so if I am in the
wrong spot I will apologize in advance.
