Are you sure this is a painting, and not a print? "No. 733"
would seem to be something that an engraver/lithographer
would use to mark an item.

Signed or singed? I'm afraid singed (ie, burnt) items
would have little value ;)
Kris

Well, Kris I was thinking here's your new sig. line;
Kris
Smarty Pants Antiques
But then I saw that it's not even "smarty", but "smary". Now she might
mean "smeary", but
Kris
Smeary Pants Antiques
Just doesn't do it for me. So I guess you're on your own. ;-)

Sheila - you came here asking for someone to spend their time
doing free research on your behalf. We can only go by what's
posted (and I DID ask a sensible question, which you chose to
ignore.) None of us have ESP, and my little joke was to get
a valid point across: detail IS important. So....are these
prints OR paintings?

Yikes, Tina! I didn't even notice "smary pants" (and kinda like
your sig line suggestions.

P.S. Gives 'family tree' a whole new meaning, don't it?

OK, Lydia - you get the "Groaner of the Day" award. ;)
