I bought this oil painting at a auction on Friday 1/4/02 for 25.00.
I was wondering if it holds any value and is it worth more than 25.00.
What is the artist complete name?

Is this an original or print?

Did I overpay.

If it is an oil it is not a print.
I can't tell from the photo which one it is.
There is or was a William Jacobs, American artist who painted some similar
scenes.
Regardless, the frame would be worth more then 25.00
