Boy am I tired but it was another fine meet. Great weather and even
better friends, and wall to wall radios and related goodies. Here's my
first cut of the slideshow, hit Full Screen too. Warm THANKS to
the Delaware Valley Historic Radio Club, Renninger's, and all that make
this event possible! I bought a Belmont 6D111, a really cool waffle
iron, and some various needed parts. Don't forget Sept. 21-22, 2012 (see
http://www.renningers.com/kutzradio.htm) will be here before you know it.

Most impressive pix were those old cabinets going up in flames.

Really kinda scary for those of us with one or more ancient consoles
in the living room. I guess the heat from those tubes, transformers,
etc. really dries out the wood over time.

I just pulled the plug on my Philco 87 and will put it on one of those
switched power strips ... totally disconnect when not actually
listening.
Also chased out all the dust bunnies with half a can of "liquid air".

^^;;^^

As always, thank you for your efforts. I have passed on the links to
several other venues - with proper credit, of course!

By the way, the AMT3000 transmitters sold out. I did have three 5000s
left over. I will post a few weeks before the September meet for those
who may want to reserve one - those who did this spring were wise to
do so.

Thanks much for the photos. I was there Friday and Saturday. Taking
a vacation day from work on Friday was one of the best things I could
have done. Really enjoyed the show (I live 20 minutes away), bought 6
radios, and will be back in September.

Great show, great weather, and a very nice group of people to chat
with!!!!

John

I don't expect there will be any of these transmitter kits at the Dayton
Hamvention?
