I spent many hours on the phone with them today. Regarding the
Truevoice, they're sending me more hardware. As for the newsgroups, I
was forwarded to a "senior tech", who wrote yet another trouble ticket.
La dee dah.
A few minutes ago I got in my e-mail -- whaddya know, a SURVEY! How
did we do? I checked every question with the worst possible
satisfaction level. Then -- a place for comments! Yay, maybe
someplace where SOMEBODY will read it! So I filled it out with my
comments, and just before sending it, IT ERASED IT!!!! It sent a blank
form! I tried to fill it out again, and got an error message telling
me the form has already been sent!
No wonder their support is so award-winning -- the negatives get
erased!
