Unknown HOWARD model

I just bought a Howard console lowboy with 4 legs with braces. Window
dial, tuning meter above the dial, Three knobs. Dark finish.

The best labeling is on the speaker. It's a Jensen Model D19 Type
2464A. Patents dated 1929/1930. There is another handwritten number
732 written in two places.

Chassis label shows partially obliterated chassis model AP 3__
something. The label also shows 105 watts and serial number 440207.
Chassis has 9 tubes six of which are shielded. There are 6 shielded
cans, 4 of which have a wire coing out the top and attached to the
tops of shielded tubes. There is one black iron core transformer and
one white smaller iron core transformer on top of the chassis and a
small one underneath. 3 gang tuning. AM frequencies (BC) only.

The closest I got to a matching model number is 40 which seems to
match the cabinet but not the radio.
