natural bug spray

Hello everyone!

Does anyone have contacts with a scouting group (regional would be best) or camping groups or anything like that? I'm trying to help distribute mass quantities of natural bug spray. (Think a pallet of the stuff) 

Any ideas?

Terra,

    What kind of bug spray is it?  Neem oil?  Can it be used on vegetable or flower gardens?  Is it expired and that is why you got so much of it?  I'll ask my boy/girl scout contact.

a bit more info:

This is the type of spray and they are expired, one type in Jan and the other a few days ago. Internet says they're still good as long as they smell (they definitely smell!)
