The following is information on the second Feed-In-Tariff event in
Colorado. Feed-In-Tariff was named by the World Future Council as the
Wold's Most Effective Renewable Energy Policy and is being considered
by Fort Collins and Aspen, Colorado.

Please come to Aspen on Monday March 15 for the Feed-In Tariff FORUM
featuring the Mayor of Gainesville, FL and other national leaders that
are implementing this program.
