Bio-mining, a process by which organic wastes in segregated garbage
are converted to compost which are very well suited for hot climates
It’s cheap, more efficient in hot climates, and generally effective
when the organic content of the waste is high
But bio-mining has its limitations, too, notably that it deals only
with organic garbage, leaving behind non degradable substances like
glass and plastic.
Basically, old waste is loosened by tractor-harrow and bulky items are
hand removed.
Then, this old waste is sprayed with composting bio-culture, formed
into wind rows (long heaps two meters high) and turned into useful
compost through bio-stabilizing
