Pretty simple one, I understand it (better thanI I'll translate it
below beleie it or not) all except the 2nd last line & th word
"tzimani"whch I just put as "cool" to not get too caught up..

Ton kserete mo re pedia ton Niko ton trelakia
(you all know know him boys, Nick the cray guy)
Pedi tzimani magkes mou ma kanei kavgadakia
(Cool guy, but always starting fights/trouble)

Ton kserounj olloi h gkomises kai olloi h ntavtzides
(all the girls know him & all the pimps)
gia gousto tou tsakonete me ollous tous daides
(to get his kicks he quarels with all the thugs)

To koufio kai thn dikopi thn exei suntrofia tou
(the "empty" (knickname for a type of gun) and the "double cut"(2sided
knife) he kept company with)
Gia auto den paei magkes mou pote kaneis konta tou
(that's why my magkes no one ever goes near him)

Thn kapa tou thn kremase edw kai liga xronia
(his kapa he hanged up hear a few years ago)
Gia auto kai ton ebgalane trelakia ta koroida
(that's why the losers named him crazy guy)

What does the 2nd last line mean ?

Tzimani is face.. Paedi.. Kid.. Essentially, paedi tzimani is baby
face.

Tzimani is from a turkish word I believe.
Somebody here told us that though I can't remember who.

Oh and the 2nd to last I take to be a euphemism for he settled down or
maybe hung out here for a few years.. And I'm not sure about the last
line.. He could be saying gia ftohia, which would be for poor or
poverty.. Like, the chumps took him for being poor..
That's what I assumed subconsciously it was until now.. Suppose that
doesn't make a lot of sense grammatically though..
Any thoughts guys?
Could be wrong about both lines.
Just assumptions.
I'll ask the old man when I see him next.
He's good with old slang.

geia sou,
we had a dicussion here more than a year ago about tzimali, search in
this group.
for tzimani see rebetiko.sealabs/glossary
but for me the explanation there does not make sense at all...
let's try again to find satisfying answers.
good luck
