After a fresh install and setup of Reason 4.1, I've noticed that the
reason_package/reason_4.0/www/sized_images/ and reason_package/
reason_4.0/www/sized_images_custom/ directories do not exist. They
don't exist in the repository either and were not created when setup
script was run.

As a result I'm unable to attach an image to a feature. Getting
warnings:

Warning: Make sure the image directory (/Users/jonebr01/Documents/
eclipse3.6/workspace/Reason4.1/reason_package/reason_4.0/www/
sized_images/) references a directory that is web accessible and
writable by apache at …/reason_4.0/lib/core/classes/sized_image.php:
412

Warning: reasonSizedImage class cannot write images to /Users/jonebr01/
Documents/eclipse3.6/workspace/Reason4.1/reason_package/reason_4.0/www/
sized_images/311606 at …/reason_4.0/lib/core/classes/sized_image.php:
388

www is definitely writable by Apache. Do the sized_image and
sized_image_custom directories need to exist prior to attaching an
image in the feature module?

I think this is likely an oversight on my part when I added that
stuff. They should exist in the repository. I will add them in the
master and 4.1 branches. If you manually create the directories I
believe things will work.

FYI I've added these directory to the master and 4.1 branches of reason_package. Thanks for reporting their absence!
