We have developed a Reason module that does something similar to what
you're describing -- it grabs a department's courses and displays them
on the department site. It's getting them out of a custom course
catalog database.

If the ERP provides a way to programmatically query that data, or a
way to schedule exports, it should be possible for a php developer to
write a similar Reason module. It sounds like you're already doing
this to some extent, so that work could serve as a basis for the
module.
