Myfirst review will be about a neat little fitness gadget called the Iso Bow.

What it is: The Iso Bow is a pocket gym exerciser from Bullworker that utilizes isometrics, isotonics and iso motion to help keep one fit. It claims to be suitable to people of all ages and fitness levels from young to old, beginner to advanced. It also claims that a person will feel the difference on the very first workout and actually see results after the first week.


If you want to get the best out of Bullworker training then this is the book for you. Ive done other programs but in my opinion you won't find better training methods than in this book. The workouts are designed to burn fat and pack on muscle. The programs require effort but not strain. There are also different holds different reps different ways of doing repetitions. I got up to week 5 with the steel bow and 5x and decided to treat myself to a brand new bullworker classic. I enjoy the sessions and can see and feel the results. The Bullworker is a great piece of equipment and you'll get the most out of it if you apply the methods in this book. It requires reading each section before each training phase as it changes every couple of weeks. UPDATE Im 9 weeks into the program and would estimate I have gained more results than the previous 8-12 months. I have persisted and have a overall good diet. The program changes every 2 weeks and manages to shock the muscle each time. The phases have different intensity and some are for fat burning, strength etc. Its really important to start at the beginning snd work through the programs as each 2 weeks is the foundation for the next. VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS
