Cô viết thư này để thông báo cho các bạn một số thông tin có liên quan tới học bổng này như sau:
- Lễ trao học bổng sẽ được tổ chức vào sáng thứ 5, 9h15 ngày 24/2/2011 (sau tết Âm lịch), dự kiến tại Hội thảo C. Nếu bạn nào không đến dự học bổng thì suất học bổng sẽ được trao cho những sinh viên khác.
- Ông Gary Reamey ( con trai ông Raymond Reamey, nhà tài trợ và đã qua đời) sẽ trực tiếp sang dự lễ và trao học bổng cho các bạn. Do bà Raymond Reamey không sang dự lễ trao học bổng được nên cô muốn các em sẽ viết mỗi người 1 bức thư tay, hoặc là những lời chúc, lời cảm ơn tới gia đình Reamey và bà Raymond Reamey để thể hiện sự biết ơn tới họ. Trước khi viết thư tay gửi cho bà Reamey, các em hãy gửi email cho cô nội dung bức thư đó. Cô sẽ kiếm tra và sửa lỗi (nếu có) trước khi các em viết tay.
Các em hoàn thành sớm, trước ngày 20/1 để cô kịp đọc thư của cả 24 bạn.
