I need a financial backup partner who can help, if necessary, fund the
purchase of 45 acres of vacant land, properly zoned with utilities, the
only available property within 1 mile of major hospital in an area growing
very rapidly and highlighted by Readers Digest and the Wall Street Journal
in 1998. I have prospects needing 10 to 12 acres for medical facilities but
would not be interested in purchasing 45 acres (sellers will not divide).
